 Description:

Planning is one of keys to successful execution of a business idea. However, planning is frequently underestimated and business plan if often perceived as rigid and outdated tool for nowadays business start-ups. This is certainly not true. If properly executed, business plan is an important and powerful tool for entrepreneur himself, as well as for potential investors, partners and other stakeholders. This training fiche will give an overview about adequate business planning techniques (referring also to other training fiches) and provide instructions how to write a good business plan.
